RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, COUNTY OF ORANGE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE DATE AND
TIME OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF SAID CITY.
VnIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, in
Orange County, California, has heretofore fixed the second and
fourth Mondays of each month at the hour of 4 o'clock P. M. of
said days for the holding of regular meetings of the City Council
of said City; and
WHEREAS, it would better meet with the convenience of a
majority of the members of said City Council and of the general
public. to hold said regular meetings on the second and fourth
Mondays of each month hereafter at the hour of � o'clock
P. M. of said days;
NO779 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the regular meetings
of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California, will,
from and after the passage of this Resolution, be held on the
second and fourth Mondays of each month at the hour of 1 ?.0
o'clock P. M. of said days, at the City Council Chambers of the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach, located in the City
Hall on Court Street, Newport Beach, Orange County, California; a
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that if any regular meeting of the
City Council shall fall on a legal holiday, as defined by the laws
of the State of California, then said regular meeting of the City
Council shall be held on the following day, at the same hour herei
specified.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day
of May, 1948, by the following vote, to -wit:
