This resolution was adopted on the 13th day of June, 1949.
The following excerpt was copied from the minutes:
The request of Gordon J. McMahon and Marie N. McMahon for the Resolution No. 3693, being
renewal of their lease on beach concessions at 1010 Shore Drive, Corona lease with McMabons for
Del Mar, for three years was read, and on motion of Councilmen Blue, seconded 1010 Shore Ave.C.D.M.
by Councilman Greeley, Resolution No. 3693 being a resolution renewing
the lease, in accordance with terms negotiated by the City Man ger, was
adopted. These terms Include a minimum guaranteed rental of 4300.00, or
15% of the gro as receipts whichever Sum Is the greater. The resolution
was adopted by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Greeley, Robertson, Blue, And Drake
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: Isbell
