zuthorizing contract Resolution No. 3723, being a resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Cleri
for lights acopted. to execute the contract, was adoOBd by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Greeley, Robertson, Blue, Isbell and Drake
