RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, Orange County, California, cancelling all taxes and
penalties against certain properties situated in the City of
Neuport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and m -reed
by the City of Nstrnort Beach in fee.
On motion of Cotincilman Isbell DULY SECONDED AND CARRIED,
THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED.
VHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach in Orange County,
California, is the owner in fee of that certain real_ property
situated in the City of NeT-rport Beach, in Orange County,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California, that
all taxes and penalties against all the lots and property
heretofore described be cancelled, and the Auditor is here-
by authorized and directed to cancel all such taxes and
penalties as are now outstanding aginst all the properties
described in this Resolution.

of resolution cancelling taxes and do further consent thereto.

the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
