the 13th day of November, 1950, wherein the City of Newport
Beach is to grant to the Southern California Edison Company a
right of wee' for electrical service &*roes and under a portion
of the property now tandw lease to J. A. Beek, CarroU B. Beek,
Barton Book and Joseph Alan Back, Jr., more particularly des -
oribsd in said Grant of Easement; and
