AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COMFORT STATION
ON THE STATE BEACH AT CORONA DEL MAR, CITY Of NEWPORT BEACH
AND AUTHORIZING EUCUTION OF AaREMENT THEM?.
WMA$AS, pursuazt to Notice Inviting Bids for ths,`omA-
struotion of a comfort station at Corona del gar, City of Newpor
Beach, heretofore duly given; seals .d proposals and bids thereof
were duly received and subsequently opened At the time and p]ee
set for said proposal and It appears that the lowest .regular. stud
responsible bidder Ss.Wm. P.. Bosley; and
CAB, there has been duly presented'to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement d*UA.
the day of e5z� 1951, by and between said Way P.
Mosley as party of the.firet part -and the City of Newport Death
as patty of the second part, providing.for the contraction of
said comfort station;
NOW. THEREPMO BE IT RESOLVED, that the bid of sai4
Wm. P. Healey for the construction of a comfort station in
sum
Corona del Mar, City of Newport Beach for the total/of s! au000
be and the same is hereby accepted, and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a contract for said oon-
struction in accordance with the plans and apecificativne on
file with the City 9lerk of the said City at said price of
669T49•009 be and the same is hereby awarded to said Wa. P.
Dealer, and;
BE IT FURTHER RRSOLVED, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorised and instructed to ex•
eente said agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of
the City of Newport Beach and that the City cleft, furnish a day
executed copy thereof to said Wm. P. Real+by.
