RESOLUTION No. JL7L
WHEREAS, there has been this day presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain License Agreement
between the City of Newport Beach and Angel Garcia; and
WMEAS, said License Agreement provides for the use
of the Disposal area of the City of Newport Beach by Angel Gard
for a period of 3 years from May 1, 1951 to April 30, 1954, for
a consideration of $50.00 a year, and said License Agreement co;
taming certain other terms, conditions and considerations then
In set forth, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City and ita
citiasas that said License Agreement be entered into with said
Angel Garcia, under the terns, oonditions.snd for the consider-
ation therein mentioned,
1llt, ?JMREFORN, BE M RESOLVED, that the Mayor and The
City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be, and -they are hereby,
directed, authorized and instructed to execute said Lease on be•
half of the City of Newport Heads.
