Beach by the Griffith C=pwWt recorded March 119 1946# in.Book 13839 pages 441.
6 to 4" incluaives of Official Records of Orange County, California.
7 (b) Parcels "A"# "B" and "E" to "1" inclusive and that portion of
Parcel "C" lying Westerly of the East 10 feet of Lot 1195 in Tract No. 907# as
8 described in Deed of Easement conveyed to the City of Newport Beach by the
Griffith Compscy# recorded March 11# 19460 in Book 1396# pages 336# 337 and 338
