WHMEAS, the City Council of the City of Bewoort Beach
4 did, on Aotober 9, 1951, introduce Ordinance No. 653 and pass-
5 the same to second reading; and
ai USt it has since been found that the regulation

7 of vehicles on public piers is already the subject of a; section
8 or the Municipal Code of this City;
