WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of Newport

Bead, a s►unicipal corpora, a Deed from Jessie R. Marble and

Stanley 17. Marble, her husband, being dated December 18th, 1951

and covering the following described real property situated in the

City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California:

Com"ncing at the intersection of the Northerly line of
Lot One in Block One Hundred Thirty* of Lake Tract, New-

port Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, Page 13
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Calif -

ornia, Ath the Northeasterly line of the Southwesterly
25 feet oT Lot One; running thence Southeasterly along

the Northeasterly line of said Southwesterly 25 feet to
an intersection with a line Northwesterly of, parallel

to and 10 feet distant, measured at right angles from
the Southeasterly line of said Lot one; thence Northeast -

erly along said line to the Northerly line of said Lot
One and thence continuing Northeasterly along the prolon-

gation of said line 58 feet, more or less, to a point 30.

property is accepted and approved by the City of Newport Beach and

is hereby ordered recorded.
