The City Attorney presented a crop lease with Casey Blue replac-
ing the old lease and providing for the sub- leasing of a portion of the
Res. 2142 Casey property involved, the consideration to be $1,200.00 a year for three years,
Blue aed• and Resolution No. jg42, being a resolution approving the lease and Author-
izing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the lease in behalf of the City,
was adopted on motion of Councilman Oreeley, seconded by Councilman Rameey
and the following roll call vote;
AYES, COUNCILMEN; Finoh, Mersey, Blue, Greeley, Isbell
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
