RESOLUTION NO. 3989
NHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of Newport
Beach a Sanitary Sewer Easement by the State of California, acti
by and through its duly appointed, qualified and acting State Pa
Commission, the same being dated September 8th, 1952, and coveri
-the following described property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to -wit:
PARCEL NO. 1
A right of way or easement for the purpose
of erecting, laying and constructing a pipe
line or pipe lines to convey sewage with
the right of going in, over and under the
premises hereinafter described, for the
purpose of repairing, maintaining and re-
placing said pipe lines in, over and-under
that certain real property described as
follows, to -wit:
The northwesterly one -half of the alley,
fourteen (14) feet in width, lying south-
easterly of and adjacent to Lots 12 to 24,
inclusive, of Block A -35, Corona del Mar
Tract, as said tract is laid out and shown
upon a map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps,
Book 3, Pages 41 and 42, records of Orange
County, California.
PARCEL NO
The southeasterly four (4) feet of Lot 6,
of Block A -35, Corona del Mar Tract, as
said tract is laid out and shown upon a map
recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 3,
Pages 41 and 42, records of Orange County,
California.
PARCEL NO. 3
Being a portion of Lots 10, 12, 13, 14,
and 15, Block A -37, as shown upon a map of
Corona del Mar, recorded in Miscellaneous
Maps, Book 3, Pages 41 and 42, records of
Orange County, California and Lots 27 and
26, as shown, upon a map of Tract No. 1026,
recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 33,
Pages 37 and 38, records of said Orange
County, and being an easement six (6) feet
in width, lying three (3) feet on each side
of the following described center line:
Beginning at the intersection of the
center line of Jasmine Ave., as shown
upon said map of Corona del Mar, and the
northwesterly prolongation of the center
line of the alley northeasterly of and
adjacent to Lots 1 to 8, inclusive, of
said Block A -37; thence northeasterly to
a point lying in the northeasterly pro-
longation of the southeasterly line of
Lot 26 of said Tract No. 1026 and twenty -
six (26) feet northeasterly of the most

easterly corner of said Lot 26, excepting
therefrom that portion lying within Jasmine
Avenue as shown upon said map of Corona
del Mar, and that portion lying within
Lot A, as shown upon a map of said
Tract No. 1026; all as shown on the
plat hereto attached marked "Exhibit
A" and by reference thereto made a part
hereof;
subject, to the exceptions and reservations set out in the
aforementioned Sanitary Sewer Easement.
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept this Sanitary
Sewer Easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Sanitary
Sewer Easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said
hereinabove described real property, is accepted and approved
by the City of Newport Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 8th day of September, 1952, by the
following vote, to -wit:
