RESOLUTION ORMING VACATION
W9nXAS, the City of Newport Beach did, on the UVt
day of ime. 1951, pass its certain Resolution of Intention No.
declaring its intention to order the oloaire up, vaoatioa
and abandonment of a portion of a street known as the Ooom
Front, between Lugoaia Street and Colton Street, in the City of
Newportt Beach, hereinafter more particularly described# pureusat !
to cad in accordance with the "Street Vacation Act of 19ue afid
all ameadaents thereto, being sections $300 through 4331 of lase
California Streets and Hishways Code; and
