A RESOLUTION OF'INTENTION To ANHEXs
AND GIVING NOTICE THEREOF
WHEREAS, there is eltuated outside and contiguous to
the City of New! %ort Beach a certain uninhabited area as herein-
after more particularly described; and
WHFIEAS, the owners of said parcel have expressed them-1
selves as desirous of having the same annexed with the City at
Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, it would be for the best interests of the
City of Newport Beach and its citizens for the City of Newport
Beach to annex the said hereinafter described property; and
H`HERFAS, the City of Newport Beach did, on or about
Jatmary 289 1953, submit to the Orange County Boundary Commission
a legal desoription and plat of the said hereinafter described
uniFbabited area for its approval, pursuant to Section 35002 or
the %verment Code of the State of Callbraia; and
WMMASv the approval of said Orange County BounduT
Commission has been escuured;
NOW, THL.- REPOPMs BE IT FiiiBUMD, by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the following declarations and no--
tloe be lade and given:
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED, that proceedings have been in-
itiated by the said City of Newport Beach, a City, of the 6th
Class, to annex the said real property as hereinafter described,
which said real property is contiguous to the present boundaries
of said City of Newport Beach, and which property is, at the
present time, completely uninhabited.
NOTICE Is MREXY GIVEN that it is proposed by said City
of Newport Beach to annex the hereinafter described real property
to the City of Newport Beach, which said real property shall. in
these proceedings, bear the name "Aldean place Annexation°. $e
specific description of the boundaries of the territory so pre-

posed to be annexed are an followea

Page 46, recorded on Mcy 22, 1952. TOGETHER WITH that
portion of the Northeasterly one-half of 15th Streett
lying between the Southwesterly prolongation of the
Northwesterly line and the Southwesterly prolongation
of the Southeasterly line of said Traot No. 1583.

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No, 4036 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
9th day of February 19 53 by the following
