J. Roble Company; and umiEAS, there has been duly Tresented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement dated the 24th day of February, 1953, by and between said B. J. Noble Company and the City of Newport Beach, providing for said exten- sion of the Balboa Parking Lot. NOli, THE'LXOREO BE IT RESOLVED, that said bid of said R. J. Noble Company for said extension of the Balboa Parking Trot for the total sum of A3,237.10 be, and the same is Hereby, ac- cepted; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tho-t said contract for said ex- tension in accordance with the clans and slaecifications on file with the City Clerlr of the said City, 'it said price of ','113,237.10 be, and.the same is herebyp awarded to said R.
