ment of noxious :reeds - within the City of Nows�ort Beach as a nuis-
ance; and

the proceeding with such abatement; and

the citizens of Mew -:om Beach that such noxious weeds be abated
as a nuisance;
NOW, THFRl'F0YM, unler the ?;rovisione of Section 7417
of the Municipal Cole of the City of Newport Reach, be it resol-
ved that the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Nj!�w?ort
Beach is hereby orderart to Abate, AS a nuisance, the noxious
Reedy growing within the City of Nersrnort Beach on the pro.aesrty
described in Resolution No. adopted by this Council on
the '?4 day of b n �_ 1953, or to cause the sm-e to be
abated by having the sail weeds removed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regu'.-
arty passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of New-
port Beach, at a regular meeting thereof, hold on the
of 1953, by the following vote, to wit:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 4053 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
