Council of the City of Newport Beach# a certain Grant Deed from

the Griffith Company# a corporation, to the City of Newport HeachO

wherein said corporation grants to the City of Newport Beach all

that certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach#

County of urange# State of California described as follows.

That portion of Lot Three of "Tract No. 1117#» as shown
8
on a Map recorded in Book 35 page 43 of Miscellaneous Maps#
records of Orange County# c2ifornia# described as follows#

Commencing at the southeasterly corner of said Lot Three;

thence North 00 440 30" West 74.46 feet along the &—.st line of

said Lot Three to the most Southerly corner of land described
11
as Parcel 1 in deed to Griffith Company recorded March 23rd# 1948
in Book 1743 page 174 of Official Records# said point being the
12
true point of beginning; thence North 400 470 0711 West along the
Southwesterly line of said land of Griffith Company# a distance
13
of 69.945 feet; thence North 890 150 30" East 45.00 feet to the
East line of said Lot Three; thence youth 00 440 3G" Last 53.54

feet to the true point of beginning.

and# WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said

Deed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOULD, that said Deed aforesaid

be# and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach,

and the City Clerk is hereby authorized# directed and instructed

to record said Deed immediately in the office of the County Re-
21
corder of Orange Count;!# California.

1 hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution

was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of

the City of Newport Beach at a regular meseting, thereof held on
