IMEAS, pursuant to Notice Inviting Bide for the
aeat of First Avenues from Acacia to Jasmine, and Third Avesiue,
from Avocado to Poinsettia, heretofore duly given, sealed props
and bids therefor were duly received and, at the time and place
for said purpose, duly opened, and it appearing that the lowest
regular and responsible bidder is Sully stiller Contracting Co{
WH&RSAS► there has been duly presented to the City
oil of the City of Newport Beach a certain Agreement dated the2
day of , 19530 by and between said Sully - Miller Contrwe
ing Co. and the City of Newport Beach providing for said improve-
men %.
NOW, TflMiEFOAZO be It resolved, that said bid of said
Sully Miller Contracting Co. for said improvement for the total
sum of 815.673.86 be, and the same is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said contrast for GALA 10»
provement In accordance with the plans and specifications on file
with the City Clerk of said City at said price of 015,673.86 be,
and the same is hereby, awarded. to said Malls- Biller Contras"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk
and they are hereby, authorized and inetruoted to esteouts sold
Agreement in the name of and for and on behalf of the City of,Ne
port Beach, and that the City Clerk furnish a duly executed copy
thereof to said Sully stiller Contracting Co.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and
passed and adopted be the City Council of the City of Newport
at a regular meeting thereof held on the z:L day of ,
