RESOLUTION NO. 4125
WHEREAS, pursuant to instructions, the City Attorney of
City of Newport Beach, California has prepared a contract
which the City of Newport Beach agrees to sell certain
ess water of said city to FEDERAL OIL COMPANY
n the conditions, covenants and restrictions in said
ontract set forth; and
WHEREAS, said contract has been duly presented by the
ity Attorney to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
or its acceptance and approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain
ontract made and entered into the lstday of June , 19 53
y and between the City of Newport Beach, as the party of
he first part, and FEDERAL OIL COMPANY
s the party of the second part, wherein and whereby the City
f Newport Beach agrees to sell certain of its excess water
pon certain conditions, restrictions and limitations to said

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
nd regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Newport
each at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of
AUGUST 1953 , by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Smith, Finch, Isbell,
Bennett, and Miller.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: NONE
