ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of Newport
Beach a Grant Deed of Easement by George E. Weber, the same being
dated November 12, 1953, and covering the following described pro;
arty situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, Stat
of California, to wit:
A right of way or easement 5.00 feet in width over a por-
tion of Lot 2, Block 12, Tract No. 27 as said Tract is laid out
and shown upon a map recorded in Miscellaneous Hap Book 9, Page
26, Records of Orange County, California, for the purpose of erec
ing, laying, and constructing a pipe line or pipe lines to convey
sewage with the right of going in, over and under the premises
hereinafter described for the purpose of repairing, maintaining
and replacing said pipe lines in, over and under that certain rea]
property being 2.50 feet on each side of the following described
center line to wits
Beginning at a point in the northeasterly Lot line
of Lot 2 of said Block 12 said point being north
500 10' west and distant 68.50 feet from the most
easterly corner of said. Lot 2; thence south 39°
50' west, a distance of 16.94 feet to an inter-
section with a line, said line being 75.00 feet
distant from the most northerly and westerly
corners and measured along the northeasterly and
southwesterly lines of said Lot 2.
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Grant Deed
of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Grant Deed
of Easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said
above described real property, is accepted and approved by the Ci
of Newport Beadh and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the _2 3' day of )7 o- a.�6C� , 19539
by the following vote, to wit:

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
23 day of November 1 §3 , by the following
