ACCNFTING GRANT DEED

Id$FJJEAS, there has been presented to the City of Ncwport
Beach a Grant Deed of Easement by "A tt Didak and Jennie Didak,_
husband and wifes the same being dated 1(ov.20, 1953, and covering
the following described property situated in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Oranges State of Californian to wits
A right of way or easement 5.CC feet in width over Lot 99
Block 12, Tract No. 27, as said Tract is laid out and shown upon
a map recorded is Miscellaneous Map Book 9, Page 26, records of
Orange County, California, for the purpose of erecting, laying,
and constructing a pipe line or pipe lines to convey sewage with
the right of going in, over and under the premises hereinafter
described for the purpose of repairing, maintaining and rep1 -- ng
said pipe lines in, over and under that certain real property
being 2.50 feet on each side of the following described center
line to wit:
Beginning at a point in the northeasterly lot
line of Lot 91 of said Block 12, said point
being north 5C° 10' OC" west and distant 76.50
feet from the most easterly corner of said
Lot 9; thence in a straight line to an inter -
section with the southwesterly lot line of
said lot 9, said point of intersection being
north %cl 1C' CO" west and distant 77.50 feet
from the most southerly corner of said lot 9.
inIHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Grant ;.feed
of Easement;
-NOW, TMOWORE, BE IT RESOLV &, that the said Grant Deed
of Easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said herein-
above described real property, is accepted and approved by the
City of Newport Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the-City-of
Newport Beach, held on the g2'�f -clay of _ Z s 1953,
by the following vote, to wits
