or transfer this contract or any interest therein to any party
whatsoever, without the prior written consent of the City.

for all penalties provided for in said specifications, and shall

labor or for the doing of the work of improvement mentioned in
said specifications& that each terms Covenant and condition specl

each covenant, condition and specification therein set forth, and
as a part of this Contract.
