1 'WRERE"t there has been presented to the City of Newport
2 Beach a certain Grant Deed of Easement by George E. Regan and
3 Grace k;. Regan, husband and wife, the same being dated the 22nd
4 day of September, 1954, and covering the following described prop -
.5 erty situated in the City of Emport teach, County of Orange,
6 btate of California, to wits
7 A right of way or easement 5.00 feet in width over a por-
tion of Lot 2, Block 12, Tract No. 27, as said Tract is laid out
8 and shown upon a map recorded in Ydscellaneaus Map Book 95 Page 269
Records of Orange County, California, for the purpose of erecting,
9 laying, and constructing a pipe line or pipe liner, to cor�vey
sewage with the right of going in, over and under the premises
Hereinafter described. for the purpose of repairing, maintaining
10 and replacing said pipe lints -in, over and under that certain real
11 property being 2.50 feet on eech side of the following described
center line to wit:
12 beginning at a point in the south -
13 westerly lot line of lot 2 of said
Block 12, said point being south 5C°
14 10' CO" east and distant 68.58 feet
from the most westerly corner of said
15 Lot 2- thence north 390 49' 47" east,
a distance of 33.06 feet to an inters-
18 section with a line, said line being
75-OC feet distant from the most northerly
17 and westerly corners and measured along
the northeasterly and southwesterly lines
18 of said Lot 2.

20 the citizens of the City of rewport Beach to accept said Easement,
21 Now, TaREFOFIEt 131, IT � s.OLVisi7, that the. said Easement
22 hereinbefore referred to and covering the said hereinabove do-
23 scribed j.roperty, is accepted and approved by the City of 1�ewport
24 iseach and is hereby ordered recorded.
28 The above and foregoing resolutior: was duly and regularly
28 passed and adopted by the City Council of-the City of rew,-�.ort
27- �cuach at a regular meeting, thereof held on the o2 %r4 day of
