$AS, there has been presented to the City Council
the City of Newport Beach a certain Agreement of Lioeens4 between
City of Newport Beach and George C. 'inner, and
WHSMSp the City Council of Newport Beach has heerstofore
sidered the terms and conditions of said Agreement of License and
8 ghat Us teams and conditions thereof axe reasonable and are for
9 r benefit of the citizens of then City of Newport Beach.

11 Oity Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to
12 eeute aaid Agreement of Lzcessee in the name of and for on behalf
13 f the City of Newport Beach..
