RESOLUTION NO. 4324
RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS PLANS AND MAP
OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CLIFF
DRIVE AND OTHER RIGHTS OF WAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the specifications for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Cliff Drive and certain other streets, alleys, and
easements, plan for said improvement numbered 441, and Map of
Assessment District for said improvement numbered 441 -Al sub-
mitted by J. B. WEBBY City Engineer, bey and the same are hereby,
adopted as the specifications, plan and map for the doing of
said work and improvement, and the same shall be filed in the
Office of the City Engineer and copies thereof be filed in the
Office of the City Clerk.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 1955.
