RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain consent to conveyance of a
sanitary sewer easement to the City of Newport Beach, California
executed by Evelyn M. Gardiner, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to certify to this Resolution, to attach the same to
said instrument and record the same in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
APPROVED qnd ADOPTED this 12th day of September 1955.

in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 4383.0 was duly
and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, California, at a
regular meeting of said City Council held at the regular
meeting place thereof, on the 12th day of September ,
