1 RESOLUTION NO. 4
2 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
TO CONVEY A CERTAIN PORTION OF CITY -OWNED LAND TO
3 ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS.

5 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
8 has heretofore accepted a bid from Joel C. Eby and Esther A. Eby
ry in the amount of $150.00 for a portion of city -owned property
8 described as follows, to wit: The northeasterly 3.57 feet of
9 Lot 1, Block 141, Canal Section, as recorded in Miscellaneous
10 Maps, Book 4, Page 98, Records of Orange County; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the con -
12 sideration of $150.00 is full and adequate for said parcel; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the City
14 Attorney to prepare a Grant Deed conveying said parcel to Joel C.
15 Eby and Esther A. Eby;
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
17 Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
18 said Grant Deed for and on behalf of said City, conveying title in
19 and to the above described property to Joel C. Eby and Esther A. E
20 The above and foregoing Resolution No., lq�was duly
21 and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
22 of Newport Beach, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the /,2
