RESOLUTION NO. 4510
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLAN OF
PROPOSED REVISION OF GRADE AND CURB ALONG NORTH -
WEST SIDE OF 471i STBERT UNDER PROCEEDINGS CON -
T.EMFLATRD BY RESOLUTION OF INTENTTON NO. 4) +21..
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of Newport Beach has sub-
mitted to the City Council a plan for the proposed revision
of the grade and curb along 47th Street; that said work is
described and contemplated in Resolution of Intention No. 4421
adopted by this Council on the 27th day of December, 1955,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NFWPORT BEACH, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That said plan, designated as Sheet 6A of
Plan No. 440, is hereby approved and adopted as the plan of
a proposed revision of the grade and curb along 47th Street
as said work is described and contemplated,in said Resolution
of Intention No. 4421.
SECTION 2. That said plan shall to filed in the
Office of the City Engineer and a copy thereof filed in the
Office of the City Clerk.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by
the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk, this 9th day of
July, 1956.
