RESOLUTION NO. 4519
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES AND
MODIFICATIONS IN THE WORK AND PROCEEDINGS UNDER
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 44211 ADOPTED DECEMBER 27,
19557 AS CONTEMPLATED BY RESOLUTION NO. 4511, ADOPTED
JULY 97 19567 IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF
31ST STREET AND OTHER STREETS AND RIGHTS OF WAY IN
SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
California, did on the 9th day of July, 1956, adopt its Resolut:
No. 4511, declaring the intention of this Council to make certa'
changes and modifications in the work and proceedings under
Resolution of Intention No. 447.1, as described in Resolution Noy
4511; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has filed a written consent
to such changes and modifications; and

WHEREAS, a hearing was duly held under said Resoluti
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND DETERMINED
BY 1HE CITY CRNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, as follows:
SECTION 1. That no protests or objections to said
proposed changes and modifications have been filed.
SECTION 2. That the public interest and convenience
require that changes and modifications as set forth and
described in said Resolution No. 4511, and that said changes
and modifications are hereby ordered. Reference is hereby
made to said Resolution No. 4511 for all particulars.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk, this 23rd day of July,
1956.
