'. °lHM-REAS, tie City of Newport :- -each and the County
Sanitation District 'hxmber Five entered into a certain agreement
dated the 11th day of September, 1956 whereby the City was to
sell a certain trunk sewer running southeasterly-frcm State
Highway ORA -60 -A along ;Iewport Boulevard and continuing along
Balboa Boulevard to "G" Street for a consideration set forth
in said agreement; and
1niEl4r-.AS, pi rauant to said agreement, a certain Grant
Deed has been presented to the City Council of the City of Nemort
Beach for the conveyance of said trunk serer;
ROW s TFT RI,?ORE, BE Z:' RESOLVFZ, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Grant Deed for and on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
The above and foregoing resolution -was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by thy; City Council of the City of
;Joivport Beach at a regular n*eting thereof held on ti-e 24th 4ay
of September, 1956, by Vie following vote, to wit:
