A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DECLARING A
CERTAIN STREET WITHIN SAID CITY TO BE A MAJOR CITY
STBEB'P OTHER THAN A STATE HIGHWAY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS$
SECTION 1. That in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2052 and 2053,
Chapter 2, Division 3.of the Streets and Highways Code, the following described
street in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, is
hereby declared to be a major city street (other than a State Highway), and to
become and be a part of the system of major city streets, to wits
Seventeenth Street from State Highway ORA-60 to Irvine Avenue.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution
and she is hereby authorized and instructed to file a CertifiedlCopy of this
Resolution in the office of the State Highway Department of the State of California,
the approval of the Department of Public Works being hereby requested.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted at the regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, held on the ID of
