WHEREAS, Pursuant to the notice inviting bade for the cen-

WHEREAS.. it appears that the lowest responsible bidder

for the construction of the transmission maim called for in Schedule

NOW, THZREFORE, be it resolved, that the bid of said

hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
