CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Plan No. 443 showing the general nature,
location and extent of the proposed improvements and boundaries
of the assessment district for the improvement of Margaret Drive
between Irvine Avenue and the Southeasterly line of Tract No.
1880, submitted by the City Engineer, be and the same is hereby
approved and adopted, and the same shall be filed in the Office
of the 'City Clerk.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this,/ ay of January, 1959.

NO. 443
SHOWING THE GENERAL NATURE,
LOCATION AND
EXTENT
OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS IN MARGARET
DRIVE
BETWEEN TRACT NO. 1880 AND
IRVINE AVENUE
AND IN
A PORTION OF IRVINE AVENUE
IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Plan No. 443 showing the general nature,
location and extent of the proposed improvements and boundaries
of the assessment district for the improvement of Margaret Drive
between Irvine Avenue and the Southeasterly line of Tract No.
