A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCE?-PING A GRANT DZED AND
CONSENTING TO ITS BEING RECORDED
WHEREAS,, by an agreement dated the 8th day of Aprils 1957,
the City of Newport Beach and Ross Owen agreed to exchange certain
(parcels of real property in the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS., since that time it appears that the City has
become able to convey the property it agreed to convey in said
agreement; and
WHEREAS, Ross C. Owen and Lillian M. Owen have executed
and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a grant deed conveying
the northwesterly 50 feet of Lots 9 and 10 in Block 137 of River
Section in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map thereof recorded in Book 4, page 25 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
county, in accordance with said agreement, to the City of Newport
Beach;
N011i, TKGAEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant deed to
the City of Newport Beach be accepted and that the City Council
11bereby consents to its being recorded.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 26th day of
January, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and :maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 4925 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 26th day of January 9 19 59 by the following
vote, to wit:
