RESOLUTION NO. 4931
A RESOLUTION OF TIC CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY
OF N". "JOR`' BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
?.Tff.TA ft3, there has been delivered to the City of Newport
Beach a certain grant deed from William f. Yeager and Anna M. Yeage
husband and wife, Gloden M. Fay, Randall F. Geddes, and J. Leonard
Smith and Janet K. Smith, husband and wife, dated February 12, 1959
wherein said grantors convey to the City the real property in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
and
That portion of Lot No. 8, Block 120, as shown upon
a map of ;section A, Newport Beach, recorded in
Miscellaneous Map Book 4, Page 21, records of Orange
County, California, and described as follows:
Beginning at the northerly corner of said Lot No. 8;
thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of
said Lot No. 8, the northeasterly line of said Lot
being a curve, concave to the northeast and having a.
radius of 1196.28 feet; an are distance of 53.02 feet
to the beginning of a reverse curve, concave to the
southeast and having a radius of 20,00 feet; thence
northerly and westerly along said curve an are distanco
of 47.45 feet to a point in the westerly line of said
Lot No. 8, the westerly line of said Lot No. 8 being
a curve, concave to the west and having a radius of
851.46 feet; thence northerly along the westerly line
of said Lot No. 8, and along said curve an are
distance of 52.85 feet to the point of beginning;
NJiEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said grant deed;
NMJ, TH FOR , BE IT RZ;: OTXED that said grant deed be
accepted by the City of Newport Beach.
BE IT FURTHs1 RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is
hereby authorized and directed to record said deed in the office of
the County Recorder of Orange County.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 24th day of
Februarys 1959, by the following vote, to wit:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and ,maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 4931 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 24th day of February f 1958, by the following
vote, to wit:

Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard
