RESOLUTION NO. 4936
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
LEASE OF A CERTAIN OFFICE
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain Lease by and between the City
of Newport Beach and Helen W. Henger whereby the City of Newport
Beach leases from Helen W. Henger Office No. 1 in the business
building commonly known as 414 - 32nd Street, Newport Beach, for
a period of six months commencing on March 1, 1959, for the total
sum of $240.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore considered the
terms and conditions of said lease and said terms and conditions
are reasonable and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said lease in
name of and for and on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 9th day of
March, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Hart ,_Lorenz,q Somers

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and waintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution
No. 4936 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 9th day of March , 1959, by the following
vote, to wit:
