• 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEEDS

4 WHEREAS, quitclaim deeds have been executed and delivere
5 to the City of Newport Beach quitclaiming to the City certain real
6 property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
7 California, as follows:
8 Quitclaim deed dated April 3, 1959, from D. R.
9 Colegrove, covering:
10 Lot A. Tract 1880 as shown on a map recorded in
Book 56, Page 41 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
11 of Orange County, California.

Quitclaim deed dated March 26, 1959, from Joseph

McGrady, Minnie McGrady and Rosemarie Balinski, covering:

The Northwesterly 5 feet of the Southwesterly 25
15 feet of the Northwesterly 50 feet of the North-
easterly 132.02 feet of Lot 28, of Newport Heights,
16 as per map thereof recorded in Book 4, at Page 83
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.

181 Quitclaim deed dated March 27, 1959s from Bernice
191 Heck, covering:
20 The Northwesterly 5 feet of the Northeasterly 25
21 feet of the following described property:
The Northwesterly 60 feet of Lot 28, Newport
22 Heights, as per map thereof recorded in Book 4,
Page 83, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
23 County, California, excepting the Northeasterly
24 132.02 feet thereof;

2611 WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
27 citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said quitclaim
28 deeds;
29 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said quitclaim deeds
30 be accepted and that the City Council hereby consents to their
31 being recorded.
32 This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No, 5010 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
