A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NMIPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING E'dECUTION OF A
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE.AND CONSENT TO THE
RECORDATION OF CERTAIN DEEDS-AND GRANTS .
CONVEYING REAL PROPERTY INTERESTS TO THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Newport
In accordance with the provisions of Section 27281 of the
I Government Code of the State of California, the City Clerk is here-
by authorized to execute a certificate of acceptance and consent
to ,the recordation of the deeds and grants referred to in resolu-
tions numbered 5010 and 5011, conveying interests in and easements
upon real property consisting of Lot A, Tract No. 1880, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 56, Page 41, and portions of Lot 28 of
Newport Heights, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Page 83, all
in Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 8th day of June,
1959., by the following vote, to wit:
