2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A DEED

4 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company has delivered a deed in which
5 it grants and conveys to the City of Newport Beach an existing
6 water main and an easement for the purpose of maintaining and oper -,
7
ating said main for
the transportation
of water; and

WHEREAS,
it is necessary that
the City acquire this water
9
main as an addition
to the transmission
facilities of the City

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
that the
deed granting and

main and easement over the
parcel
of land described

A parcel of land 15 feet in width, the centerline
of which is described as a portion of Blocks 55 and 56

of Irvinets Subdivision, as said blocks are shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous

Maps, records of Orange County, California, more particu-
larly described as follows:

Beginning at centerline station 60 { 10.46 of

Jamboree Road as said road is shown on a deed recorded
in Book 4110, page 10 of Official Records Records of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized
and directed to execute and attach a certificate of acceptance and
consent to the recording of said deed in the County Recorder's
office.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the /.1tk day of
July, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and ;maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5056 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 13th day of July 9 19599 by the following
vote, to wits
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson, Stoddard, Hart,
Lorenz, Somers
