OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
• 3 A LICENSE AGREEMENT,

1*1EREAS, there has
been presented to
the City Council

of the City of Newport Beach
a certain License
Agreement between
7
the City of Newport Beach and George C. Hiner,
wherein the City
8
grants to George C. Hiner a
license, privilege
and right of
9
operating a lunch stand and
live bait concession on Newport Pier;
10.
and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and equi-
13 table;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
15 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
16 agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
17 This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
18 City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 14th day of
19 September, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
20 AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson,
21 Higbie, Stoddard, Hart, Lorenz, Somers
22 NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
23 ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and :maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5087 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 14th day of September a 19 59 by the following
vote, to wit:
