A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEEDPORT BEACH AUTIJCRIZING .THE EIC;C'JTION OF. AN ..

T- R- -EREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City o£ Newport Beaca an agreement wherein Harbor View Bills
Development Corp., a California corporation, subdivider of Tract. No
3542, agrees to construct street and other public improvements
.within and such as are necessary to serve said subdivision, to wit:
water lines, sewer system, underground utilities, grading, street
lighting system, installation of base material, asphalt plant mix
And prime coat, sidewalks, street trees and any other improvements
necessary to serve said subdivision as approved by the City Engi-
neer; and
WI-ERE-AS, said agreement provides that Harbor View Hills
Development Corp. shall file with the City of Newport Beach a
surety.bond to assure faithful.'performance of said agreements
NOLJ, TIER'Y?.FO12.1 BE IT RE.SCLVED that said agreement betty
Harbor View Hills Development Corp. and the City of Newport Beach
in which Harbor View Hills Development.Corp. agrees to construct
improvements in Tract No:.3542 be approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of-Newport Beach at such time as Harbor View
Hills Development Corp, files with the City said surety bond and
said bond is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
the City Attorney as to form.
This,resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 23d day of
November_;:1:959, by the following vote, to wit:

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5128 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 23d day of November , 19 59 , by the following
vote, to wit:
