1 RESOLUTION NO. 5150
• 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3 ASSIGNMENTS.

5 WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has offered property
6 for sale under the terms of Resolution No. 5081; and
7 WHEREAS, approximately 0.11 acres of said property is
8 under lease to the United States of America; and
9 WHEREAS, the remainder of said property is under lease
10 Ito Walter A. Lotze; and

WHEREAS, a portion of the property under lease to said
Lotze is being retained by the City; and
WHEREAS, Roy K. Sakioka; the buyer, has requested assign-
ment to him of the lease to the United States of America and a pro-
portionate assignment of the lease, to Walter A. Lotze;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to.execute assignments
of said leases to the grantee named in the deed as designated by
said buyer, assigning said lease to the United States of America
in its entirety and assigning the lease to Walter A. Lotze as to
the land being conveyed to said buyer.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular meeting on the 18th
day of January; 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Atkinson, Higbie,
Stoddard, Hart, Lorenz,'
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN. Kingsley, Somers

I, MARGERY SCHROUDER, City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution

was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
adjourned
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular /meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 18th day of January 19 60 , by the following
vote, to wit:
