RESOLUTION NO. 5167
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City of
Newport Beach and James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineer, for
engineering consultant services for an investigation and report of
the high level storage requirements of the City of Newport Beach
for Pressure Zone III, which area is beyond the elevation limits
of satisfactory water service by existing reservoirs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 23rd day of
February, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
