RESOLUTION NO. 5196
A RESOLUTION OF TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEEDS
WIIREAS, quitclaim deeds have been executed and
delivered to the City of Newport Beach quitclaiming to the
City certain real property in the City of Newport Beach, County
of Orange, State of California, as follows:
and
Quitclaim deed dated February 12, 1960, from Melvin
Kruger and Rosemary Kruger, and quitclaim deed dated
February 16, 1960, from Ion S. Ely and Grace Ely, each such
deed covering:
Lot 1, Block 5, as shown upon a map of Tract No. 772,
recorded in Book 23, pages 5 and 6, Miscellaneous
Naps, records of Orange County, California;
6THEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said quitclaim deeds;
NCWI THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said quitclaim deeds be accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and
attach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording
of said quitclaim deeds in the County Recorders office.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a special meeting on the 29th day of
February, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
