611 WEXREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
7 has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
8 certain map entitled "Plan Showing Proposed Realignment of Alley
9 Between Lots 50 - 51 & 49, Block B, Tract No. 673C4, Drawing No.
10 L -2873, dated November 19, 1959, showing the first alley north of
11 East Coast Highway, Corona del Mar, between Hazel Drive and Poppy
12 Avenue in the City of Newport Beach which the City is considering
13 vacating, closing up and abandoning, and which is more particularly
1411 described as follows:
151 First alley northerly of East Coast Highway from
Hazel Drive to Poppy Avenue, as shown on a map of
16 Block B, Tract No. 673, recorded in Book 20, pages
17 and 18,.of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
17 Orange County, California;
181 N%Jt THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said map be and is
19 hereby approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and
20 directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment of
21 said alley.
