RESOLUTION NO. 5191
A RESOLUTION OF TBE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION.OF
Ali AGREETZNT BETWEEN. WESTCLIFF DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY AND TM- CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH. FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT NO. 3607
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach an agreement under which Westcliff
Development Company, a limited partnership composed of Sturtevant
Development Company, a California corporation, as the sole general
partner, and certain other persons as limited partners, subdivider
of Tract No. 3607, agrees to construct street and other public
improvements within Tract No. 3607; and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides that the subdivider will
make a cash deposit with the City to assure the faithful perform-
ance of the agreement and pay the inspection fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement betwee
Westcliff Development Company and the City of Newport Beach be
approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach at such time as said subdivider makes a deposit with the City
of the sum of $30,000 to guarantee performance and $850 to pay the
inspection fees.
ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1960.

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No, 5191 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 14th day of March 19 60 , by the following
vote, to wit:
