OF .PAR jNG FEES THEREFOR
IMEIII S, the City of Newport Beach is developing and
will operate facilities for the parsing of vehicles at the Corona
del Har State and City Beach Park; aad
TirKER AS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
finds that parking fees should be charged for the use of such
parking facilities as herein provided;
NOV. THLRRFORF., BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That for the calendar year 1960 and for each succes
sive calendar year, annual vehicle passes for the use of parsing +
facilities at the Corona del Mar State and City Beach Park are
hereby established. That the cost of each such pass for each
calendar year shall be in the amount of $7.50 per vehicle. That
said passes shall be valid only when such parking facilities are
in operation and when parking space is available therein, and
shall not give any priority for parking purposes. That said
passes shall be sold only in the Finance Department in the Newport
Beach City Hall and only during regular City hall office hours.
2. That daily parking fees of 50¢ and $1.00 per
vehicle for the use of parking facilities.at the Corona del har
State and City Beach Park are hereby established. That the days
and hours each day that such parking facilities are to be in
operation and the days and hours each day that such fees as here-1
designated are to be charged shall be established by the City
Manager and shall be established in such a manner as will best
serve the public use of said park and parking facilities and in -
manner which will best serve to avoid traffic congestion and the
hazards attendant therein. That the City Manager shall prepare

schedule of such days and hours, which said schedule and any
revisions thereof shall be filed with the City Clerk.
3. That Resolution iqo. 4682 and any and all amendments
thereto are hereby rescinded and repealed.
