A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWORT BEACH AUTHORIZING TIE EnCUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BET -rEN 14ESTCLIFF DEVELOPi ANT
COMPANY AND THE CITY OF IMPORT .BEACH FOR TI0
CONSTRUCTION OF IMROVRTLINTS IN TRACT NO. 3606
V1HERREAAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach an agreement under which Westcliff
Development Company, a limited partnership composed of Sturtevant
Development Company, a California corporation, as the sole general
partner, and certain other persons as limited partners, subdivider
of Tract No. 3606, agrees to construct street, alley, and other
12 public improvements within Tract No. 3606; and
13 TVjWREAS, said agreement provides that the subdivider wil.
14 make a cash deposit with the City to assure the faithful perform -
15 ance of the agreement and pay the inspection fees;
16 NC'YY, THEREFOR:, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement betwe,
17 Westcliff Development Company and the City of Newport Beach be
18 approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
19 and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
20 Beach at such time as said subdivider makes a deposit with the Cit
21 of the sum of $22,000 to guarantee performance and $660 to pay the
22 inspection fees.
