• 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT BETWEEN P M M INC., D H P INC., D I R
INC., N H C INC., AND H I W INC., SUBDIVIDER,
4 SOUTH COAST CONSTRUCTION CO., AND THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH FOR THE CONSTRUCTION.OF IMPROVE"
5 MENTS IN. TRACT NO. 3800

7 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
8 the City of Newport Beach an agreement wherein P M M Inc., D H P
9I Inc., D I R Inc., N H C Inc., and H I W Inc., subdivider of Tract
10I No. 3800, and South Coast Construction Co. agree to construct
11 street and other public improvements within and such as are neces-
12 sary to serve said subdivision; and
13 WHEREAS, said agreement provides that South Coast Con -
14I struction Co. shall file with the City of Newport Beach a surety
15 bond to assure faithful performance of said agreement and that
1.6i the subdivider shall deposit in cash the sum. of $1,610 to pay the
17i inspection fees;

18I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be-
19 tween P M M Inc., D H P Inc., D I R Inc., N H C Inc., H I W Inc.,
20 South Coast Construction Co., and the City of Newport Beach be
21 approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
22 and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
23 Beach at such time as South Coast Construction Co. files the
24 required surety bond and said bond is approved by the City Manager
25 as to sufficiency and the City Attorney as to form, and the sub -
26 divider deposits the sum of $1,610 cash to pay the inspection fees,
27 ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1960.
