2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A UTILITY EASEMENT

4 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
5 has executed a utility easement granting to the City of Newport
6 Beach an easement for the purpose of constructing, operating and
7 maintaining a water main and appurtenances in, over and under that
8 certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
9 County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
10 The Northwesterly 5.00 feet of Lots 1 to 33, in-
clusive, and the Southeast 5.00 feet of Lots 39
11 to 61, inclusive,.of Tract 3201 as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 136, page 25 et seq.
12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California;

15 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
16 said utility easement for such purposes;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tt
18 City of Newport Beach that said utility easement be accepted and
19 the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a
20 certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
21 utility easement in the County Recorder's office.
